| DESCRIPTION Ocean Hills County Club is located on 350 acres in Oceanside, CA, 3.5 miles from the Pacific Coast, 30 miles north of San Diego. Architecture is inspired by Mediterranean Sea villages and Aegean hill towns, with red-tiled roofs and bougainvillea-covered white stucco walls. Eight Villages with names like Mykonos, Corfu and Portofino comprise the community, and street names such as Rhodes, Aegina, Barcelona and Poseidon echo the Mediterranean influence. The first phase was completed in 1984, the final in 1998,totaling 1633 homes. The first four phases were duplex style homes; the last four are made up of detached homes. Each phase is referred to as a "Village," a corporation with its own
homeowners association and governed by a Board of Directors. The common area properties are governed by a separate corporation, Ocean Hills Country Club Homeowners Association, commonly called the "Master Association." |
