Ocean Hills CC is a fully gated community, with access control and patrol services 24 hours a day. Entrance into the community is closely monitored. Each home contains an alarm system that reports police, fire and medical emergencies to a central monitoring facility operated by the Association.

RESTRICTIONS - As a senior housing community in compliance with Federal and State law, age documentation records are required. Every person residing in a home must either be 55 years of age or older, a spouse or cohabitant, or other qualifying resident. Visitors are limited to a maximum stay of 90 days (whether consecutive or non-consecutive) in any calendar year.

Any exterior improvement or alteration, modification or re-decoration, including landscape additions or changes, requires prior approval by the Architectural Committee. Applications are available at the Homeowners Association Office.
